Our Organic Fortified Nutritional Yeast Powder is from selected organic strains and lactic acid bacteria cultures bred in a wholly organic nutrient solution made from organic grain, pure spring water and enzymes. The fortified yeast strain is Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is an inactive food grade nutritional yeast containing B vitamins and dietary fiber, and made up of over 1/3 complete protein.

Our Organic Nutritional Yeast Flakes are produced with a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is grown on an organic cane molasses substrate. It is an inactive food grade nutritional yeast that is high in B vitamins and dietary fiber, and made up of over 1/3 complete protein.
Ingredients: Organic yeast autolysate (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) with organic rice flour and sea salt.
