The Sasa Demarle Flexipan® Air SF-02171 silicone 12 compartment fluted square tartlet mold is an innovative baking pan made of fiberglass and silicone. This unique material provides the flexibility bakers want and the durability they need. Because of the mold's perforated material, it provides optimal airflow, heat circulation, and heat transfer, which results in the perfect crunch and color every time. With this Flexipan® Air pan, mini tartlets bake into a deliciously soft pastry with a warm, toasty color.

This mold is designed for high-volume bakeries, as it lasts for 3000 to over 5000 baking cycles and should be used with a half size bun pan (sold separately). Withstanding temperatures from -40 to 464 degrees Fahrenheit, the pan even allows you to move pastries from the proofer to the oven to the freezer without dirtying multiple pans. Plus, because of its non-stick coating, the mold releases product smoothly to keep it intact and is easy to wash with water.
